Welcome to the Interfaith Coalition For Sudanese Peace

We are a local, grassroots organization founded in 2007 to combat the apathy and lack of knowledge surrounding the atrocities being committed in the Darfur region of the Sudan.

Our goal is to create community awareness of the genocide in Darfur to attract greater media coverage, encourage local, national and international advocacy and fundraise for humanitarian relief efforts.

We are a non-partisan, interfaith 501(c)3 organization recognized by the Save Darfur Coalition, Tents of Hope, Damanga Coalition and NC Divest.

In the past year, we hosted several events in the Triangle region of North Carolina, participated in the national Tents of Hope campaign and raised money for direct humanitarian relief.
